Return Eligibility
Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. If you would prefer an exchange, items can be returned within 28 days of delivery.

Return Costs
A £5 return fee will be deducted from your refund when returning an item. This fee helps cover the cost of processing and return shipping.

Return Process
To start a return, please contact our support team with your order number and reason for the return.
Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method, minus the £5 return fee.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
